UK Delivery
At Hansel and Gretal our delivery charges are £4.95
for all orders under £50 for anywhere in the
UK, BFPO, Channel Isles
We send by First Class mail, recorded delivery.
We give the 'best estimate' for delivery times, we
do not give guarantees.
We will usually deliver items within 5 - 7 working
days as soon as payment has been received. Any items
out of stock will normally be delivered within 7 to
10 working days. We will advise by e-mail once your
order has been despatched. However, we will not despatch
your order until all items are ready for delivery.
Once you have placed your order and then chosen how
soon you would like it to be delivered. We will safely
parcel your purchase and send it to you. All parcels
are insured with Royal Mail for your peace of mind.
Shipping Worldwide
Worldwide deliveries will be made by Parcel Force
again but due to changing delivery prices we can only
give a quote once order has been placed and we will
email or phone with a delivery quote. Please note
that customers living outside the European Union may
incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve
slight delays. The customer is solely responsible
for the payment of any of these additional charges
that may be imposed.
