Delivery
We will usually deliver items within 5 working days
as soon as payment is received. Any items are out
of stock they will be normally delivered within 7
- 10 days working days. We will advise by email once
your order has been dispatched. However, we will not
despatch your order until all items are ready for
delivery.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged upon arrival then return with
proof of purchase and we will refund you, however
some items do come with pre-stressed or worn designs,
most of these will be shown on the item description.
Exchange/Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 5 days of delivery.
Any item(s) can be returned for a exchange, if it
qualifies under the following terms:
The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition,
complete with all attached tags, the original packaging
and the receipt.
Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are unable
exchange underwear and hosiery or any goods that have
been damaged while being worn or washed.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery
as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage
paid for returning goods for exchange are not refundable.
You will have to pay for postage to return the item
to us but we will not charge any extra to return the
exchanged item to you.
Refund Policy
Any item(s) can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies

Should you have any reason to complain about our service,
we will aim to deal with matters effectively, fairly
and in full confidence. We will acknowledge complaints
within 5 working days and we will give you a timescale
for resolving the matter. You will be kept informed

Hansel and Gretal has taken every care in the preparation
of the content of this website. While we try to ensure
that all prices on our website are accurate, errors
may occur. If we discover an error in the price of
goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon
as possible and give you the option of reconfirming
your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the
order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already
paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
However, orders will only be accepted if there are
no material errors in the description of the goods
or their prices as advertised on this website. All
prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made
every effort to display as accurately as possible
the colours of our products that appear on the website
and we have included in the description the precise
colour of the garments. However, as the actual colours
you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee
that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately
reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To
